How we handle your data on this site.
This policy covers the marketing site at www.clubrise.app. The ClubRise platform itself (your tenant subdomain on clubrise.app) is covered by the separate platform terms you accept when you sign up.
Who is the data controller
The data controller for personal data collected through this site is Creative Code Lab PR, a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Serbia at Đuričeva 20, 11000 Belgrade, tax ID (PIB) 114041189. You can reach the controller at [email protected] or by phone at +381 65 528 9164.
What we collect and why
This site is brochure-ware: most visitors browse pages without giving us anything. We collect personal data only when you submit it yourself through the "Share your impression" form on the home page. That form asks for:
- Your name and the name of your club, so we know who's talking;
- Your role at the club (owner, coach, member, organiser);
- Your email address, so we can reply or ask follow-up questions;
- Your impression — the free-text comment you wrote.
The legal basis is your consent, given by submitting the form. You may withdraw consent at any time by emailing us — see Your rights below.
Where this data goes
Form submissions are processed by Formspree, Inc., a service operating from the United States. Formspree receives the form fields, stores them in our account inbox, and forwards a notification to us. We then read the submission and decide whether to publish your name, club, and impression on the marketing site (we never publish your email or role labels).
Because Formspree is based in the United States, your data may be transferred outside the European Union and Serbia. Formspree publishes its own privacy policy and data processing agreement at formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy and formspree.io/legal/dpa. We rely on those safeguards to protect your data in transfer.
What we store in your browser
This site does not use HTTP cookies, advertising trackers, or cross-site analytics. It stores two small entries in your browser's localStorage, both purely functional:
cr_theme— remembers whether you've chosen light or dark mode, so the site doesn't flicker on every visit;cr_lang— remembers whether you've selected English or Serbian, for the same reason.
Neither entry is sent to any server. You can clear both by clearing your browser's site data for www.clubrise.app.
What we don't do
We don't sell your data. We don't share it with advertisers. We don't run third-party analytics, retargeting pixels, or behavioural tracking on this site. We don't enrich your submission with data from other sources.
How long we keep it
We retain form submissions for as long as they are useful for replying to you or considering your impression for publication — typically up to 24 months. After that we delete them from our Formspree inbox. Published quotes remain on the site until you ask us to remove them; we'll do that within 30 days of your request.
Your rights
If you are in the European Union, you have the rights set out in the GDPR: access a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, ask us to erase it, ask us to restrict processing, object to processing, and receive your data in a portable format. If you are in Serbia, the same rights apply under the Zakon o zaštiti podataka o ličnosti.
To exercise any of these rights, email us at [email protected]. We will respond within 30 days. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Serbian supervisory authority (Poverenik za informacije od javnog značaja i zaštitu podataka o ličnosti) or with the data protection authority of your country of residence in the EU.
Children
This site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal data from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has submitted personal data to us, email us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how this site handles personal data — for example, by adding analytics — we will update this policy and update the "Last updated" date below. Material changes will be flagged in the site's footer for at least 30 days.
