Terms of use
The fine print, kept short.
These terms cover the marketing site at www.clubrise.app. They are not the platform contract — when you sign up for ClubRise itself, you accept a separate set of platform terms governing your tenant, your data, and your subscription.
Who you are dealing with
The marketing site is operated by Creative Code Lab PR, a sole proprietorship registered in the Republic of Serbia at Đuričeva 20, 11000 Belgrade, tax ID (PIB) 114041189. You can reach us at [email protected] or +381 65 528 9164.
What this site is
This site exists to describe the ClubRise platform, publish its pricing, answer common questions, and give visitors a way to share their impressions. It does not itself process payments, host club data, or create user accounts. To do any of those things, you need to sign up for the platform at clubrise.app — that is governed by its own terms.
Use of the site
You may browse, read, and share the public pages of this site for any lawful purpose. By using the site you agree:
- not to submit unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content through the impressions form;
- not to impersonate another person or club when submitting impressions;
- not to attempt to disrupt, overload, or probe the site's security;
- not to scrape, mirror, or repackage the site's content for commercial redistribution without our written permission.
Impressions you submit
When you submit a message through the impressions form, you grant Creative Code Lab a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to publish your name, club, and impression text on this site for marketing purposes. We will not publish your email address or your role label. You can ask us to take a published impression down at any time by emailing us; we will do so within 30 days.
You must own the content you submit, or have permission to use it. Don't submit a quote from someone who hasn't agreed to be quoted publicly.
Intellectual property
The site's design, copy, illustrations, source code, and the "ClubRise" name and logo are owned by Creative Code Lab. Partner logos remain the property of those partners and are shown with their consent. Nothing in these terms transfers ownership of any of the above to you.
Third-party links
This site links out to partner tenant subdomains, the ClubRise platform, the Formspree privacy policy, and a few other external resources. We do not control those destinations and we are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data once you leave the site.
No warranty
The site is provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creative Code Lab disclaims all warranties — express, implied, or statutory — about the site's accuracy, completeness, fitness for any purpose, or continuous availability. Pricing and feature descriptions on this site may change without notice; the binding commercial terms are the ones you accept on the platform itself.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Creative Code Lab is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot lawfully be limited — including liability for fraud, for personal injury caused by negligence, or under mandatory consumer-protection rules.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always live at this URL, with the "Last updated" date below. Material changes will be flagged in the footer for at least 30 days. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the new terms.
Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Serbia, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes arising out of or relating to these terms or your use of this site fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Belgrade, Serbia. If you are a consumer based in the European Union, this clause does not deprive you of the protection given by the mandatory consumer laws of the country in which you live.
